19. Refund Policy

Refunds are prorated:
For failed video creations, refunds are provided only in the form of credits
AI-generated content (images and videos) are non-refundable once generated
Credits used for AI-generated content cannot be restored, regardless of satisfaction with the results


20. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, or government actions.

This Terms of Service agreement is effective as of the date you first use the ReelsRamp service and will remain in effect until terminated in accordance with these terms.
